Welcome to the KataLane team! We’re thrilled to have you on board. Can you share a bit about your background?

Thank you, I am so happy to be a part of this incredible team! Just like Nico, Tin, and Rick, I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. However, I’ve been living in Australia for the past six years and between us I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world!

Can you describe a typical day in your role as a Wedding Event Coordinator?

In my role as a Wedding Event Coordinator, I work with couples to create the perfect marquee wedding. On a day-to-day basis, I guide couples through the process of choosing from our range of marquees and accessories, taking into account their individual style and desires. 

I’m also working on new blogs and newsletters to keep our couples informed about the latest news, offer helpful tips, and showcase the latest trends. Stay tuned for all the fun updates and insights!

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

What I love the most? Firstly, the joy on couples’ faces and their heart-warming feedback after a successful event. Secondly, the working environment feels like home, where we support and inspire each other, and most importantly, we have a lot of fun together!

We know you traveled a lot in Australia. If you had to choose a favourite place, which one would it be?

Australia is an amazing country to travel in. You don’t need to travel far to see breathtaking landscapes. If I had to pick one favourite, it’s definitely Karijini National Park in WA. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been there! 

Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?

Outside of work, I’ve always been a big fan of sports. From childhood, I’ve loved playing tennis, football, hockey, running – you name it, even fencing! Sports have been my go-to, helping me stay grounded.

However, on the flip side I also really enjoy chill moments, like reading a good book, having some wine, and digging into a tasty meal – I’m a big foodie and wine lover, after all. I’m all about finding the balance between being outdoorsy and just relaxing. It’s the best of both worlds, really!

What’s the quirkiest item you’ve ever collected or owned? 

Well, when I was about 5 years old—don’t even ask me how this idea struck me—I became absolutely fixated on collecting erasers. Yep, you read that right, erasers. First and foremost, every dime I had, whether it was from the tooth fairy, birthdays, or any other source, went straight into acquiring the most outlandish erasers imaginable. We’re talking shapes like vacuum cleaners, trumpets, you name it. And, oh yes, they were strictly off-limits for actual erasing purposes—haha!

Using only 3 words, how would you describe yourself?

Friendly, empathetic and intuitive.

Let’s chat weddings! If you had to pick a favourite trend, which one would it be?

For me, hands down, it’s all about sustainable weddings. More couples are embracing eco-friendly choices, and I’m all for it. Small changes, big impact.
