When you want your special event to be truly unique, you’ll need to look for suppliers with a point of difference.

 At Katalane, we don’t run with the pack. As an event hire company, we make it our job to go above and beyond to give you exactly the event you’re looking for. Comprising a team of creatives with backgrounds in design, architectural building, film production and photography, we’re used to being part of large-scale productions, and get the ‘big picture’.

Offering a holistic approach to event hire, we assist in all areas to create extraordinary event spaces. Our unique marquees are sourced from all over the world, and our bespoke furniture and accessories are designed and constructed in our Sydney-based studio. No mass-produced, seen-it-all-before furniture here!

Need stage props, specific furniture, branding and/or signage? We’ve got you covered there, too. With years of experience working on festivals and corporate events, as well as in commercial and television production, we’re much more than just a wedding and party hire company.

As for the human side, we offer a level of customer relations not generally found in the event hire industry. From your first enquiry right through to event set up, our motto is pretty much “there’s nothing we won’t do.” (OK, almost nothing…)  The Katalane team always brings their A-game, creating a more efficient, personalised and sustainable approach to custom-made events.
